Our new system will have a call back function so you do not have to wait in a queue, your place will be held and we will return your call.
We continue to ask you to call throughout the day for non urgent queries ie blood results. Please order your repeat prescriptions online ideally using the NHS App.
We monitor our call queue throughout the day to minimise your wait.
