We have a team of highly trained staff that comprises of one full-time secretary, two scanners, two administration clerks and an IT Administrator.
We have a team of highly trained staff that that can offer support and assistance to you. As trained personnel, the receptionists should be able to help with most problems and queries which may arise, referring you to a doctor or nurse where appropriate. It can be a difficult job balancing your needs and those of the doctor, but they are there to help.
When requesting an appointment, any additional information you can give helps the receptionist ensure you are seen as soon as appropriate. Guided by the same code of ethics and confidentiality as your doctor or nurse, the information is only used for your benefit. It is always possible to speak to someone in private if the reception desk is crowded.
