Extended hours
Saturday morning, evening phone and face to face appointments are added on a rotational basis but are for pre-booked appointments only. The receptionist is unable to deal with any other queries during the Saturday and evening clinics.
If you are booked in to attend a Saturday clinic and cannot attend on the day, please ensure you cancel your appointment online as our phone service is not open at weekends.
Enhanced access
Additional appointments are available between 6:30pm and 8am every weekday evening, on Saturday mornings, Sundays and bank holidays.
Patients registered with any participating GP surgery within the Thetford and Watton area will be able to have an appointment at these extra clinics.
