Every patient, including children, has an allocated, named GP who will take responsibility for overseeing the management of your health needs, medicines and who will work with other health and social care providers involved in your care.  It is not essential that you always see your named GP – all GP’s at our practice are able to access your health record.  If you are not aware of who your named GP is please contact the Practice or enquire next time you visit the Surgery.
